IF IT WALKS LIKE A DUCK...

I've heard of scams. Probably been 'taken' in minor ones in the past. But I believe I'm reading about one.

Seems as though Italy has a way of tracking down...who 'they' believe...are law breakers. Maybe the speeders are legit. And maybe we should do a little of it here. Hey...I've already commented... in a previous blog...about the idiots who like to pass me on the right because I'm 'only' driving the speed limit.

But Italy is also tracking down those 'dirty bastards' who don't put their dimes and quarters (euros) into parking meters!

Scam? If it walks like a duck...sounds like a duck...
