Over the years...as us older guys tend to do...I've developed that little paunch that hangs over my waistband. The 'spare tire'. I'd like to lose it, but I think it would require some work...yech! that sounds bad.
I've tried to watch what I eat...but more times than not...I 'watch' myself eat.
I know there's more diet plans out there than you can shake a stick at. But there appears to be one in China that has drawn enough attention...that there are articles in the paper telling people to stop using it.
What is it? Parasites...worms.
I think I'll just keep the spare tire.
